I live and work on Long Island. And for as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for travel, wildlife, and photography. I bought my first camera when I was 16 years old and soon after "drowned" it in the raging rapids of the Colorado River during a ten-day rafting trip through the Grand Canyon.
Nature is my inspiration; whether it's cruising the icy waters of Antarctica while penguins swim by or watching a full moon rise in the stillness of the night or simply savoring the delicate, soft, rich colors and varieties of flowers. Through my photography I hope to convey the wonder that is always around us, both near and far.
